The Truck

1992 Ford F150

Old School Custom Interior with a Touch of Today's Luxury Tomorrow's Necessity!

Wanting an interior in the truck that looked like it came out in the 90s I used tweed as a focus point, with this the headliner has an Embossed Ford logo then covered with grey heather tweed with matching sun visors. Then bringing today into the truck the fun began with the door panels modified with charcoal leather alternative inserts and new carpet in a graphite. The trim from door to door across the dash was wrapped in black edge (a very fine carbon fiber) to add details. The seat well wanting a set of 40/20/40 out came the stock bench to make room for the 1995 Ford Super Cab buckets with the center jump seat. The jump seat went into lots of details from first removing the storage/

drink holder from the lean back making it a solid armrest and then stretching the seat bottom out a near three inches and raising the nose to houses stainless cupholders then was inserted with tweed and the leather alternative wrapped in graphite vinyl. Now bring the 1995 buckets back to the 1992 design and give them the same treatment with the tweed having pleats sewn and the graphite vinyl on the outer side of the lean back changing into a graphite hard cloth running into the seat bottom to wrap the bottom in the hard cloth skirting.

The custom-made floor console was designed to fit the contour of the truck and houses a storage area for the cell phone and other things on an outing as well as having two rocker toggle switches to run driving lights and other accessories, the console was designed to finish look of the custom designed jump seat for a full custom center console.  The rear wall was also designed with the theme of the interior and has two storage areas to keep things in their place and not be rolling around!
